About This Event
This self-paced continuing education course explores the challenges health and mental health professionals face when working with trauma survivors, including countertransference reactions, vicarious trauma, burnout, and compassion fatigue. The course also introduces the concept of vicarious resilience and trauma stewardship, providing tools to help professionals build long-term resilience, enhance well-being, and develop effective self-care plans to sustain their work with trauma survivors.
