This webinar presents the goals of the Rural Engagement and Approaches For LGBTQ+ Mental Health study, examining how stigma, discrimination, and traumatic experiences vary across LGBTQ+ groups in rural communities. The presentation explores associations between these exposures and mental health outcomes including depression, suicidal ideation, and suicide attempts, and investigates how minority stress-related factors mediate or moderate these relationships.
