This interactive workshop provides clinicians with foundational knowledge and practical tools for integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into their practice. Participants will learn how to structure DBT-informed individual therapy, understand when to refer clients for more intensive DBT services, and effectively address issues like emotion dysregulation, self-harm, and interpersonal difficulties using DBT principles and functional assessments.
