This webinar explores the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP) Service, a collaborative solution developed by APCO and The Monitoring Association to reduce the burden of alarm-generated calls on emergency communications centers. Participants will learn how ASAP enables alarm calls to be delivered directly into CAD systems, uses validation and scoring to triage calls, and how the service is being implemented nationwide through a public-private partnership.
