The Challenge of Upper Extremity Overuse Disorders

This on-demand course examines overuse injuries of the upper extremity that commonly affect massage therapists and their clients. Using 3D anatomy images and video, the course explores anatomical and biomechanical factors leading to seven upper extremity injuries including shoulder impingement, rotator cuff injury, tendinosis, epicondylitis, and tunnel syndromes, along with assessment and treatment strategies.
