The Art and Science of Love

This two-day workshop is designed for all couples in committed relationships and is based on over 40 years of research with thousands of couples. Participants will learn research-based skills to improve intimacy and friendship, manage conflict in healthy ways, and strengthen their relationship through understanding the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, building emotional bank accounts, and developing effective problem-solving skills.
