TeamSTEPPS Master Training Course

This is a comprehensive two-day in-person course designed with a train-the-trainer orientation to teach participants TeamSTEPPS 3.0 tools and implementation strategies. Led by an interprofessional faculty team, the course uses games, scenarios, and activities to help participants become Master Trainers capable of leading TeamSTEPPS training and implementation in their organizations. Participants receive a Master Trainer certificate, digital badge, personalized implementation plan, and access to ready-to-use teaching resources.
