About This Event
This self-paced course helps massage therapists and bodyworkers understand the anatomical and biomechanical causes of upper-back pain. Students learn hands-on techniques, embodiment practices, and functional strategies to address chronic pain in the rhomboids, trapezius, and thoracic spine by working with the chest, abdominals, and related structures.
