About This Event
This interactive course teaches fraud examiners, auditors, law enforcement officers, and HR professionals fundamental interviewing techniques to conduct more effective interviews. Participants learn how to ask direct and follow-up questions, evaluate verbal and non-verbal responses, obtain confessions and signed statements, and detect deception during fraud examinations and investigations.
