About This Event
Practice Essentials of Emergency Medicine is an online educational course designed to teach emergency physicians the business and administrative aspects of emergency medicine that are not typically covered in medical school or residency. The course features 11 self-paced modules covering topics such as billing and coding, contracts, negotiations, operations, risk management, leadership, and personal finance, developed through collaboration between ACEP and the Emergency Medicine Residents' Association.
