About This Event
An online learning program developed in partnership with Constructive Dialogue Institute that teaches science-backed communication skills to help bridge political divides in the workplace. The program consists of eight interactive online lessons, optional peer-to-peer conversations, and a capstone session designed to improve dialogue across differences.
