About This Event
NEA's annual National Leadership Summit is a professional development event designed to develop activist leaders and prepare them with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to lead thriving associations and excel in their education professions. The 2026 Summit theme is 'Resilience. Respect. Power. Saving Public Education and Our Democracy.' The event features over one hundred competency-based, experiential leadership development training sessions for participants.
