This workshop focuses on understanding and addressing challenging issues facing today's youth, including online and social media culture, mental health and well-being, substance use, social relationships, and academic stress. Participants will learn to recognize trends and challenges, examine strengths and resilience factors, and identify strategies and resources to support youth.
