Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy

This course teaches massage therapists and bodyworkers how to identify and treat myofascial trigger points, which are hyperirritable spots in skeletal muscle that cause referred pain and dysfunction. Participants will learn assessment techniques, treatment protocols, and hands-on methods for releasing trigger points to help clients achieve pain relief and improved mobility.
