This self-paced online course teaches fitness professionals evidence-based strategies for improving client movement, strength, mobility and balance. Led by kinesiologist Laurie Denomme and exercise physiologist Jeanmarie Scordino, the course covers six-directional movement, seven basic foot positions, and techniques applicable to both water and land-based exercise programs.
