About This Event
This course provides comprehensive training on miners' rights and responsibilities under the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act and MSHA Parts 46 and 48 standards. Learners will understand their rights to report hazards, refuse unsafe work, participate in inspections, and access required training, as well as their responsibilities in maintaining safe mine operations. This training fulfills the rights and responsibilities component required for MSHA New Miner Training.
