About This Event

This continuing education activity equips pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with evidence-based knowledge on managing behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia in elderly patients. Participants will learn about the Black Box Warning for antipsychotic use in this population, appropriate medication selection, and patient/family education strategies to improve quality of life while minimizing harm.
