This course teaches fitness professionals how to correctly execute and teach the kettlebell swing, a foundational hip hinge movement for building lower body strength and power. Participants will learn the individual components of the swing, proper demonstration techniques, and how to safely progress clients from strength training to power training with kettlebells.
