This course teaches intermediate and advanced hardstyle kettlebell training techniques through 55 movements that strengthen, stabilize, and mobilize the entire body. Learners will explore biomechanically sound progressions, cueing strategies, and program design principles to confidently lead kettlebell training across multiple settings and fitness components.
