IFS Informed EMDR 2 day

This two-day workshop integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, aligned with memory reconsolidation principles. The training covers how Self-Presence with activated Parts enables Functional Dual Attention in EMDR Phases 3 and 4, and introduces measurement scales for Self-Energy, state-binding affect, and protective urge through demonstrations and supervised practice exercises.
