IFS Informed EMDR 2 day

This two-day training explores EMDR therapy through an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens, aligned with memory reconsolidation principles. The workshop bridges the two therapeutic models and teaches how Self-Presence with activated parts enables functional dual attention in EMDR Phases 3 and 4, including introducing scales to measure Self-Energy, state-binding affect, and protective urge.
