About This Event
This two-week online course teaches managers and executives how to optimize hybrid work arrangements where some employees work in person and others work remotely. Participants will assess their organization's current hybrid work state, explore different hybrid team models, and develop recommendations for implementing the most effective hybrid arrangement for their workgroup using research-based best practices.
