About This Event
This self-paced online course teaches participants how to comply with DOT regulations for shipping bulk hazardous materials by ground transportation. Learners will master classification, packaging, marking and placarding, shipping paper completion, and safety/security requirements under 49 CFR. The training fulfills DOT general awareness, function-specific, safety, and security training requirements for personnel involved in highway or rail bulk hazmat shipments.
