About This Event
This 4-hour refresher course addresses Federal OSHA HAZWOPER training requirements for first responders at the operations level who respond to hazardous materials releases. Participants will update their knowledge of hazard assessment techniques, personal protective equipment, containment operations, decontamination procedures, and the 2024 Emergency Response Guidebook to maintain their ability to respond defensively to hazmat incidents.
