NCRA certifications (RSR, RPR, RMR, RDR, CRR, CRC, CPE, CRI) require 3.0 units per three-year cycle. Up to 1.0 PDC may be applied. CLVS holders require 1.0 CEU per three-year cycle with up to 0.25 PDC allowed. CEUs and PDCs available through various methods including webinars, article tests, book tests, college courses, live events, pre-approved events, and professional activities.
