About This Event
This online course provides a proven, three-step process for conducting effective job interviews that predict job performance. Taught by Professor JR Keller, participants learn to design structured interview questions, minimize cognitive bias, and evaluate candidates objectively using evidence-based approaches. The curriculum covers interviewing techniques for both in-person and remote scenarios.
