About This Event
This course fulfills Federal Department of Transportation training requirements for hazmat employees, covering general awareness and function-specific training per 49 CFR 172.704. Participants will learn to identify hazard classes, complete shipping papers, apply proper markings and labels, select appropriate packaging, and use the Hazardous Materials Table to ensure compliant transport of hazardous materials.
