About This Event
This Department of Transportation-required training course covers the proper preparation and handling of shipping papers for hazardous materials shipments. Participants will learn regulatory requirements for completing bills of lading or manifests, including when shipping papers are required, what information must be included, how to distinguish hazardous from non-hazardous materials, and recordkeeping requirements.
