About This Event
This is a self-paced online training course that teaches employees how to correctly select, fill, and seal packaging for hazardous materials shipments in compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations. Participants learn to use the hazardous materials table, interpret manufacturer codes, understand packing groups and performance standards, and manage empty containers according to DOT requirements at 49 CFR 172 Subpart H.
