This cultural competence training session focuses on Kimberlé Crenshaw's Theory of Intersectionality and helps healthcare professionals enhance their skills to work more effectively in multicultural settings. Participants will apply critical thinking and cross-cultural communication skills through case studies and become Cultural Competence Advocates upon completion.
