CRRT: Management of the Patient with Renal Dysfunction

This nursing education activity focuses on critical thinking for fluid management in patients with renal injury. Participants will learn to set up and manage the NxStage CRRT device, covering continuous renal replacement therapies including etiology, electrolyte imbalance, volume excess, clinical presentation, and management of potential complications such as air embolus, hemorrhage, thrombosis, and filter clotting.
