About This Event
This introductory course on orthopedic exercise teaches personal trainers the anatomy and biomechanics of the lower body kinetic chain. Participants learn how to properly progress clients from physical therapy to full activity, apply corrective exercises, and design programs for clients with lower body movement dysfunction.
