Competency Module: Contract Management and Performance

This competency module teaches public procurement professionals how to draft, finalize, and manage legally-binding contracts throughout their lifecycle. Participants will learn to ensure contract deliverables are met, promote supplier relationship management, customize contract terms, and identify roles of contract administration team members to better serve their entities and communities.
