About This Event
This course provides supervisors with the required training to determine reasonable suspicion for drug and alcohol testing of employees performing safety-sensitive tasks. Participants learn to recognize signs and symptoms of alcohol misuse and controlled substance use, apply constructive confrontation techniques, and properly document behavioral observations in accordance with DOT regulations.
