About This Event
This continuing education course focuses on behavioral health issues in workers' compensation settings and their impact on recovery and return-to-work outcomes. Participants will learn to identify and assess behavioral health risk factors, overcome barriers to recovery, and distinguish between psychosocial impacts on case outcomes versus impacts on case managers themselves. The course also addresses compassion fatigue, professional boundaries, and resources for support.
