A case-based ECHO series addressing critical practice gaps in medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) initiation, polysubstance management, toxicology interpretation, and culturally responsive care for Alaska prescribers. The program provides Alaska-specific mentorship and interdisciplinary support for managing opioid and polysubstance use during high-risk transitions including pregnancy, hospitalization, and community care discharge.
