This 5-day intermediate course provides core Mid-Level FAC-P/PM curriculum for federal program and project managers. Participants learn to build, baseline, and manage federal programs using systems engineering, planning, scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, and earned value practices through case-study based exercises including WBS development, IMP/IMS creation, risk analysis, life-cycle cost estimation, and EVM baseline management.
