About This Event
This on-demand continuing education course teaches radiologic technologists how to perform rapid and accurate trauma imaging across multiple modalities including X-ray, ultrasound (FAST/eFAST), CT, and MRI. Participants learn modified positioning techniques for unstable patients, bedside mobile radiography skills, and how to apply ALARA principles while working with trauma teams. The course covers region-specific trauma imaging for head, chest, abdomen/pelvis, spine, and extremities, with special considerations for pediatric, pregnant, and geriatric patients.
