Advanced Peanut Ball Techniques: Lowering Cesarean Births with Positions

This preconference workshop teaches birth professionals advanced techniques for using peanut-shaped exercise balls during labor to reduce cesarean rates. Participants will learn proper sizing, positioning strategies, and evidence-based methods for supporting laboring clients through seven traditional positions and five new techniques.
