About This Event
A national competition for HOSA members focused on patient care technician skills and knowledge. The competition consists of two rounds: a written multiple-choice test covering topics like patient care, infection control, phlebotomy, and EKG, followed by a hands-on skills assessment where top competitors demonstrate clinical competencies such as venipuncture, EKG procedures, and patient care techniques.
